Cosmic Cart Returns & Refunds Policy

Our goal is for you to love your cosmic gear. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Due to the nature of our curated, dropshipping model, please review our policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Cosmiccart247@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence of the issue.

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Please remember that certain types of items, such as personalized or digital goods, cannot be refunded.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of mind or accidental orders.

  • Items on sale or promotion (unless defective).

4. Exceptions / Incorrect Addresses

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Refunds or reshipments will not be provided in these cases.
